GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The rooms have been furnished with most care.
They are all completely self-contained, Tv, air conditioning, bathrooms with shower, cooking and dining area.
The accommodation that we offer for renting a room is for a minimum of two nights.
Clean bed -linen and towels are provided every 7 days.
Animals are not allowed.

OTHER COSTS:
Added to the weekly price is the amount € 40,00 ultimate cleaning of the room.
Payment is made by giving the 40% at the booking (bank transfer) and the balance on the day of arrival.
€ 100,00 key money that will be returned the day of departure.
